PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide, direct, and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing. • Active RN license in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment (Charge Nurses require ACLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct, and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• Perform related duties as assigned, including acting as Charge Nurse when needed.
