AmeriCare Plus is seeking an RN Supervisor PRN to cover all areas of the Middle Peninsula including Gloucester, Williamsburg, New Kent, Mathews, Hayes and surrounding areas. The role focuses on supervising non-skilled clients and coordinating visits with the care team.

You can set your own flexible schedule and determine hours that fit your current position. Responsibilities include supervising visits, coordinating with aides, and traveling across service areas to ensure quality home care.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Virginia
• Experience supervising home health aides
• Willing to travel to service areas

• Supervisory visits for non-skilled clients
• Flexible Supervisory visit schedule
• You can designate the area you provide visits – we serve all of the Middle Peninsula & surrounding areas

• $65/initial assessment
• $55 reassessments/6-months
• $30 missed visit (client not home for planned visit)
• $30 per in-service/class
• $20/aide orientation (rarely used, only if there is additional clinical training needed for a case such as Hoyer lift training with the caregiver in the home)
• $20 hourly office rate
• An additional $5 per assessment/visit for clients over 30 miles from the agency.
