This role offers per-visit pay: $65 initial assessments, $55 reassessments, $30 missed visits, $30 per in-service/class, $20 aide orientation, $20 hourly office rate, plus $5 extra for distances over 30 miles; location

Responsibilities

• Supervisory visits for non-skilled clients
• Flexible Supervisory visit schedule
• You can designate the area you provide visits – we serve all of the Middle Peninsula & surrounding areas
• 65/initial assessment, 55 reassessments/6-months, 30 missed visit, 30 per in-service/class, 20 aide orientation, 20 hourly office rate, +5 for assessments/visits over 30 miles
