Urgent Care Plus in Virginia is seeking an RN Supervisor PRN to oversee in-home personal care visits. You can set your own schedule and determine hours, with supervisory visits for non-skilled clients and flexible timing; you decide the area you cover around the Middle Peninsula.

This role offers per-visit pay: $65 initial assessments, $55 reassessments, $30 missed visits, $30 per in-service/class, $20 aide orientation, $20 hourly office rate, plus $5 extra for distances over 30 miles; location

• $20/aide orientation (rarely used, only if there is additional clinical training needed for a case such as Hoyer lift training with the caregiver in the home)


• $20 hourly office rate


• An additional $5 per assessment/visit for clients over 30 miles from the agency.
