Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staff Nurse in Skokie, IL, with opportunity to float to Evanston, Glenview and Highland Park as needed. This full-time position requires a BSN preferred and IL RN license, with CPR (BLS & ACLS) certification. The pay range starts at $37.25/hour with a sign-on bonus for qualified Endo/GI experience.

Hours are 6:45a-6pm, M-F, some nights/weekends. You will collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting

• NLN accredited school of Nursing is required
• BSN strongly preferred
• IL RN license is required
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required by American Heart Association
• Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience is highly preferred
• Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Sign on bonus: $10K w 1 yr Endo/GI exp.(Parameters apply)

• Location: Skokie with ability to float to Evanston, Glenview and Highland Park as needed
• Full time
• Hours: Availability 6:45a - 6pm M-F with call requirements (including nights and weekends)

What you will do:

The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

What you will need:

• Education:
  • Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification:
  • IL RN license
  • CPR: BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association)
• Experience:
  • Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
  • Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
