Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staff Nurse for Glenbrook Hospital, with float to Evanston, Skokie and Highland Park as needed. Full-time, 6:30a-5:30p with call requirements. Competitive hourly pay with a $10K sign-on bonus and potential annual increases.

Requirements include NLN-accredited nursing program, IL RN license, BLS/ACLS CPR, and 1+ years GI outpatient lab experience. Preferred: BSN and Critical Care/Emergency Dept experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• IL RN license required; CPR: BLS & ACLS required (AHA).
• Critical Care/Emergency Dept and conscious sedation experience preferred; telemetry monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Sign on bonus: $10K

With 1 yr commitment and 1+ yrs of GI outpatient Lab exp

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location:Glenbrook Hospital with ability to float to Evanston, Skokie and Highland Park as needed
• Full time
• Hours: 6:30a - 5:30pm M-F with required Call Requirements (1-2 wkly & 1-2 wkends/mth)

What you will do:

The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

What you will need:

• Education:
  • Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification:
  • IL RN license
  • CPR: BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association)
• Experience:
  • Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
  • Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
