Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

This full-time role requires IL RN license, BLS CPR, and PALS/ACLS within 6 months. A BSN is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Nursing.
• IL RN license and BLS CPR required; PALS and ACLS within 6 months of start.
• Critical Care/Emergency Department experience preferred; telemetry experience desired.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Sign on bonus: $10K w 1 yr Endo/GI exp. (Parameters apply)
• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Chicago, IL with the ability to float to other Endeavor locations
• Full time
• Hours: 6:45a - 5:30pm M-F,
  • Call: 1-2 weekday shifts every 2-3 weeks & 1-2 weekend days every 8 weeks
  • 1 wkend every 6 mths

What you will do:

What you will need:

• Education:
  • Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification:
  • IL RN license
  • CPR: BLS (Issued by American Heart Association)
  • PALS and ACLS withing 6 mths of start
• Experience:
  • Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
  • Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
