Formación

• Current state RN license required.
• Knowledge of state regulations and company policies.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow physician orders and accurately communicate assessment data.
• Record patient medical history.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to physicians and supervisors.
• Administer injections and medications; perform basic wound care.
• Provide staff training to maintain quality of care for residents.
• Communicate with residents' families to provide guidance and discharge instructions.
