Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed in Oklahoma.

Responsabilités

• Receives shift report and ensures continuity of quality care.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Aides and assigns staff on the unit.
• Administers medications and treatments per procedures; documents accordingly.
• Consults with physicians; transcribes orders as required; rounds with physicians when needed.
• Reviews and follows care plans; ensures updates and progress notes.
• Ensures patient safety, nutrition, toileting, and activities of daily living.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant, accurate charting and nursing notes.
• Provides staff education and participates in in-services.
• Counts medications with staff; maintains supply readiness and equipment cleanliness.
• Ensures accurate staffing and relief coverage for shifts.
