Job summary

Greenbrier Village Health and Rehab in Enid, OK is seeking an engaged Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care for geriatric residents. You will follow physician orders, document medical histories, and monitor vital signs while supporting patients with emotional and physical needs on a daily basis.

You will administer medications, record changes, and coordinate with families and healthcare teams to ensure quality care and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma.
• 1 year of community-based nursing experience preferred.
• Compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and provide detailed assessment data for resident care.
• Record patient medical history accurately.
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Observe patients to identify progress and medication side-effects.
• Document any change in patients’ condition and notify the physician.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, and assist with basic care tasks.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
• Communicate with patients’ family to provide advice and instructions.
