The Community Living Center (CLC) 3A Registered Nurse (RN) provides competent, evidence-based care to residents, supervising licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants as appropriate to the setting. The nurse helps direct nursing education, orientation, competencies, and quality improvement to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the U.S. or DC.
• English proficiency required for direct patient care per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f).

Responsabilités

• Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care to residents.
• Oversee LVNs and nursing assistants as appropriate.
