Job summary

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital in Bradenton, FL, is opening a new 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. We seek an RN to provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, develop care plans with patients and families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

The role includes discharge planning, timely communication of changes to physicians and staff, and ensuring high-quality care while supporting a collaborative work environment with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association/American Red Cross required.

Job description

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026. Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary:

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable

Desired Experience:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
