Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking registered nurses to deliver exceptional home health care and lead clinical staff. You will develop individualized patient care plans and perform in-home assessments to ensure high-quality care.

This role offers strong total compensation of $105,000–$120,000 annually, a $2,000 signing bonus, paid time off, and performance bonuses. A valid RN license and CPR are required, with 3–5 years of clinical experience including home health

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with 1 year in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all clinical aspects and clinical care-staff for assigned business.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC (NPWT) management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
