Join a leader in home health services offering a base compensation of $105,000–$120,000 annually plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical care for assigned patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide advanced wound care and NPWT management.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Coordinate staffing and patient coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all clinical aspects and clinical care-staff for assigned business
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed
• Provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC (NPWT) management
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers
• Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred
