BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to lead in-home care teams and deliver high-quality, patient-focused services across the region.

You will assess patients, plan and implement care, administer medications and IV therapies, supervise aides and coordinate with physicians, with a competitive salary and signing bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years clinical experience, 1 year in home health preferred.
• Strong IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery.

• Total compensation (base salary + Annual bonus): $105,000 – $120,000/year
• $2,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license (required)
• CPR (required)
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care
