LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a dedicated registered nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced homecare setting.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating patient care, collaborating with physicians, and performing assessments and education. Must hold an active RN license and maintain current competencies; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure in NLC states.
• Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
