• Additional certifications may be required based on unit specialization.

• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff within scope of practice.

• Conduct patient rounds based on needs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Delegating tasks to unlicensed staff within scope of practice, interpreting diagnostic data, and conducting patient rounds based on needs.
• Maintaining required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) and completing mandatory training, with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
