Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and support the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of patients.

You will conduct patient assessments, revise care plans as conditions change, supervise CNAs and LPNs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while adhering to applicable laws and standards to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• US nursing degree required (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing for Colorado or applicable state.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation, kept current throughout employment.
• At least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, reasoning and judgment skills.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients.

Responsibilities
