Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality in-home care, assess patient needs, and update care plans accordingly.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, ensuring patient well-being while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic health. A valid RN license in Colorado and CPR certification are required, with a nursing diploma (ADN/BSN) as part of qualifications.

Job description

Qualifications & Skills: Hold an active RN license in the applicable state, with a minimum of one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Must have a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree) and CPR certification, maintained current throughout employment. Demonstrate excellent customer service, good judgment, and strong communication skills.
