Job description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a pivotal role in delivering patient-centered care while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine their healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and follow established protocols for accurate record-keeping.
• Clinical Skills: Provide skilled nursing care, including but not limited to wound care, IV therapy, and other medical procedures, following best practices and infection control guidelines.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote better health outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and institutional standards.
• Collaborative Care: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, other nurses, therapists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.
• Safety: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by monitoring vital signs, identifying potential risks, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Compassion: Show empathy and respect to patients and their families, offering emotional support during challenging times.
