Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities to serve underserved communities in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment across all care phases.

Requires an accredited nursing degree with an RN license (multistate accepted). Minimum one year of nursing experience and travel experience, plus residency within 60 miles of the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (prefer bachelor’s).
• Current, unencumbered RN license in practice state or multistate licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Provide care across preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Coordinate patient assessments, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within nursing standards and adhere to legal/ethical guidelines.
