Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in a dedicated residential program in Covington, LA. The RN will provide registered nursing and facilitation services, assess clients, and implement treatment strategies to promote health and medical stability.

The role includes training clients or families, supervising LPNs/CNAs, and potential on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site and is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients.
• Designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability.
• Provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff.
• Directs the practice of the LPN and/or CNA's on the unit. May participate in program’s on-call rotation.

Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Residential Program in Covington, LA.

• Provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site and is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required
