Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Raleigh is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our brain injury programs. This role provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated sites, delivering assessments and interventions to promote health and medical stability.

The RN designs and implements treatment strategies based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice, and trains clients, families and staff to promote health.

Qualifications

• State Licensure as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a BSN.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and intervene for assigned residential clients.
• Design and implement treatment strategies based on nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability.
• Provide training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff.
• Direct the practice of the LPN and CMA's on the unit.
• Will participate in program’s on-call rotation.

This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site.
