Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our adult brain injury programs. The RN will provide nursing and facilitation services, perform assessments, and implement treatment plans to promote health and stability at our Raleigh site.

The role includes staff training and on-call rotation to ensure continuous patient care. Requirements include state RN licensure (BSN preferred), valid driver’s license, age 18+, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• State Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
• BSN preferred or nursing degree required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site.
• Assess and intervene for assigned clients based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Design and implement treatment strategies to promote health and medical stability.
• Provide training to clients, families, and staff on health and wellness.
• Direct the practice of LPNs and CNAs on the unit; participate in on-call rotation.

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Raleigh programs. This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site. The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of the LPN and/or CMA's on the unit. Will participate in program’s on-call rotation.

Requirements

• State Licensure as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a degree in nursing (BSN) is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
