Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Health Services team in a full-time role. This position emphasizes relationship-based care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care environment, with opportunities for clinical leadership and mentoring a nursing team.

The successful candidate will provide direct RN care, assess resident needs, administer medications with eMAR, coordinate with providers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Wisconsin.
• 1–2 years of experience with older adults preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (per state requirements).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and delegate effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within RN scope of practice.
• Assess resident health status and develop individualized service plans.
• Administer medications and treatments using eMAR.
• Oversee and coordinate medication aides and clinical team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for provider communication.
• Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory standards.
• Document assessments, observations, and care accurately.
• Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
