Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the evening shift.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing attentive care, supporting residents’ evening routines, and helping create a calm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification (per state regulation) preferred.
• Experience with older adults or healthcare environment preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with evening routines including dressing and hygiene.
• Provide support with meals and hydration.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team.
• Document care and services according to care plans.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and transportation to activities or rooms.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.49/hour

Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to emergency pendants and resident needs
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and transportation to activities or rooms
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition
• Document care and services according to care plans

What We’re Looking For

• CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare environment preferred
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable team member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
