Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Health Services team in a full-time, non-exempt role.

You will provide direct nursing care within the RN scope, develop individualized care plans for residents, administer medications, supervise clinical staff, and partner with providers to ensure high‑quality, relationship-based care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
• 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (per state requirements).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and delegate effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within RN scope of practice.
• Assess resident health status and develop individualized service plans.
• Administer medications and treatments using eMAR.
• Oversee and coordinate medication aides and clinical team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for provider communication.
• Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory standards.

• Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
