Job summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking an RN for the Clinical Support Unit to float across Med-Surg and Peds, serving Boise, Meridian, and Nampa campuses.

This role offers full-time or part-time night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with self-scheduling and a 10% night differential after orientation, enabling exposure to Medical, Surgical, and Peds care areas.

Required are an RN license, 1 year RN experience (Med-Surg/Peds preferred), BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• RN with 1 year of experience; Med-Surg and/or Peds preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state; BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Float across Medical, Surgical, and Peds units within Med-Surg/Peds service line.
• Support three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.
• Self-scheduling; unit and location assigned based on day-to-day needs.
• Earn a 10% differential after orientation.

The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.

What You Can Expect:

• Full Time or Part Time nights (7:00p-7:30a)
• You will support three units/skill sets within Med-Surg/Peds service line: Medical, Surgical, and Peds; may be open to other skill sets listed below
• The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations: (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa)
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer Med/Surg and/or Peds experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
