Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, is seeking a full-time clinician to join our day shift team. You will perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments, collaborate to develop tailored care plans, and administer medications with careful monitoring and adjustments as needed.

Eligible clinicians may access our Clinical Ladder and salary considerations, with a focus on compassionate care and teamwork within a faith-based healing ministry.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary.
