Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team at 10010 Kennerly Road, St. Louis, MO 63128.

This part-time role offers 24 hours per week across 12-hour or 8-hour shifts, with tiered differentials and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible RNs. You will float to various units, expanding your clinical skills while delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units as part of float pool.
• Coordinate with other departments to support care.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.

Flexible Scheduling Options

• 12-hour shifts: 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM


• 8-hour evening shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM

Competitive Pay With Tiered Differentials

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr


• Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr


• Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials

• Evening: +$2.75/hr


• Night: +$4.60/hr


• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus

Up to $10,000 for eligible RNs!

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of bedside RN experience


• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)


• License: Current RN license in the state


• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association


• Physical requirements/demands:




• Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis


• Prolonged standing and walking each shift


• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
