Job description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position in a dynamic Float Pool environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing patient care utilizing the nursing process and professional standards
• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Performing duties aligned with nursing practice guidelines, organizational values, and ethical codes

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year)
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in Missouri
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Ation

Skills & Qualities

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Oncology, Neurology, and Orthopedics
