Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year
• BLS certification required
• RN with Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while supporting multiple departments throughout our health system.
• Functions independently and coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Leads and mentors staff as a clinical resource and collaborates with the unit/department leadership.

The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while supporting multiple departments throughout our health system. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled interdisciplinary teams, expand your clinical expertise, and make a meaningful impact wherever your skills are needed. Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
