Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a registered nurse to provide independent, comprehensive care in Medsurg, Telemetry and Intermediate Care settings, applying clinical judgment and the nursing process. The role requires a BSN (preferred), a valid RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS for pediatric care, and at least 2 years in Medsurg/Telemetry; 5 years preferred.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Medsurg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care; 5 years preferred.
• Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (for pediatric care).
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to unit needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
