  • Oversee unit operations, resource management, and staff support.

  • Maintain accurate health information documentation and ensure proper functioning of medical equipment.
  • Process medical orders accurately, interpret patient charts, and recognize safety concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency and another specialty (e.g., Medsurg, Critical Care); 5 years preferred.
  • Valid RN license and certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC; PALS within 30 days.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
