Regions Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool, delivering patient-centered care across Med/Surg and Progressive units. This role features straight evenings at 0.7–0.9 FTE (56-72 hours per pay period), with specific duties discussed at interview to align with unit needs.
As a bedside clinical expert, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support diverse patient populations, and uphold our Shared Governance model and nursing practice standards.

This position is straight evenings at 0.7 – 0.9 FTE (56-72 hours per pay period) with the specific FTE discussed at the time of interview based on departmental needs.
Weekend requirements will include a rotation of every other or every third weekend, to be determined and discussed during the interview process to ensure alignment with unit needs and expectations.
