Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an RN Float Pool in Grand Island, NE. You will serve across multiple sites, delivering comprehensive nursing care and health guidance to individuals served by Mosaic.

As a travel-capable RN, you will administer medications, monitor vitals, and support care teams while maintaining a flexible schedule and strong commitment to Mosaic values.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska (or state of practice)
• Nursing degree (BSN or ADN)
• At least 1 year of general nursing experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver\'s license
• Ability to travel between locations and a flexible schedule
• Be comfortable with physical requirements (walking/standing)

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily health tasks and health journey understanding.
• Collaborate with doctors and support teams for preventative care.
• Train and support direct care staff with nursing best practices.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs using full nursing skill set.

Status: PRN No Weekends, No Oncall - minimum 24 hours a quarter and maximum 24 hours a week

• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.

• Physical Stamina: You\'re comfortable being on the move-walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
