Mosaic in Beatrice, NE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team and make a tangible difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This full-time role includes Day and Evening shifts (rotating weekends); active Nebraska RN/LPN license and Nursing degree (BSN/ADN) are required, plus 1+ year nursing experience, CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in Nebraska.
• Nursing degree (BSN or ADN).
• At least one year of general nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic care by reviewing healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
• Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.

What We're Looking For

• The Right Credentials: An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
• Safety First: A valid driver's license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical Stamina: You're comfortable being on the move-walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
