Job summary

Mosaic in Omaha is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our team. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinating holistic care and ensuring safety.

This full-time night shift offers Daily Pay, Day 1 PTO accrual, health/dental/vision, and a culture that values belonging and real human connection. Travel between locations and a flexible schedule are supported to meet the needs of those we serve.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska with a Nursing degree (BSN or ADN).
• At least one year of general nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule.
• Physical stamina to move up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic care by reviewing healthcare services and medications.
• Provide clinical mentorship to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
• Advocate with physicians and families to ensure quality of life.
• Build meaningful relationships with the people we support and celebrate milestones.

• The Right Credentials:An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
• Experience:At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.

• A Can-Do Attitude:The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical Stamina:You're comfortable being on the move-walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
