Job summary

Grant Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate RN to join our inpatient care team. You will provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Administer medications and record in patient charts.
• Monitor vital signs and intervene when needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and med administration.
