Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Kentucky
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Ability to relay information between patients, RNs, and physicians

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance
• Record vital signs (BP, pulse, respiration)
• Collect health information and maintain medical records
• Relay information between patients, RNs, and physicians
• Administer oral medications and injections
• Monitor blood glucose levels
• Assist with wound care and dressing changes
• Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records
• Rotate holidays as required
