Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on our medical-surgical unit. You will participate in discharge planning, patient and family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration under the guidance of the Nursing leadership.

The role requires an active RN license in the state (or compact license), current BLS, and ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice; compact licensure accepted.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; must be AHA approved.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• Charge Nurse duties may be required (ACLS certification required).
