PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under the direction of Nursing leadership. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.

Requirements: current RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, ACLS within 90 days (ACLS for Charge Nurses), and 1 year inpatient medical-surgical experience

Qualificações

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment; ACLS required for Charge Nurses.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients using the nursing process.
• Plan and coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and access community resources.
• May serve as Charge Nurse; ACLS certification required for this role.
