Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake in Webster, TX is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the medical‑surgical unit under the CNO/Director of Nursing. The RN will plan, coordinate, discharge patients, and provide patient/family teaching for post‑hospitalization.

ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurse duties; BLS is required. One year of inpatient med‑surg experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state (or compact licensure)
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• Provide access to community resources as part of care planning.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties with ACLS requirement.
