PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on our nursing unit under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and Nursing Directors. This role emphasizes patient-centered planning, education, and collaborative care across disciplines.

Candidates must hold an Oklahoma RN license (or compact licensure) with current BLS certification; ACLS certification must be obtained within 90 days, and ACLS must be AHA approved within 90

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state where the hospital resides or compact license.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment and ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise care using the nursing process for patients admitted to the unit.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and post-hospitalization teaching.
• Provide patient and family teaching and connect patients with community resources.
• Assist as Charge Nurse when assigned; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
