Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide and supervise patient care using the nursing process. The role includes discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and collaboration with the care team.

ACLS and BLS certifications are required (ACLS within 90 days and approved by AHA). Experience in inpatient med-surgical settings is preferred. Opportunity for growth and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise care.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and resource access.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned or requested.
