Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Crestview Hills, KY is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based clinical care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

You will supervise and delegate tasks to care team members, uphold patient safety and regulatory standards, and participate in continuous improvement and professional development activities. This role is full-time with a 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience working in clinical nursing settings is preferred.
• Maintains licensure and meets required continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to designated patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Document care in patient records and care maps with accuracy.
• Maintain patient safety and uphold quality standards.
• Participate in unit-based process improvement activities.
• Support budget and department productivity goals.
