St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Perioperative Float Pool at our Edgewood, Kentucky location. This is a full-time role with 40 hours weekly.

The RN will provide evidence-based clinical care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patient outcomes in the perioperative setting. The position requires an active nursing license in the state, BLS, and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care within a trusted healthcare system serving Kentucky,

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing and licensed in the practicing state.
• Active BLS certification required; ACLS certification may be needed for Track 2.
• Knowledge of nursing process and clinical standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process for designated patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safety.
