BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking registered nurses (RN) to join a dedicated home health team. The role offers part-time, per-diem, and full-time options with flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

The RN will develop care plans, perform in-home assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise nursing staff. Strong IV infusion, wound care, and leadership skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the operating state.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing preferred.
• IV infusion therapy expertise.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with home health regulations, including documentation and reporting.
