Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to support surgeons as a first assistant in the operating room within an acute care hospital in Illinois. You will perform pre-operative assessments, analyze data for nursing diagnoses, and contribute to perioperative care plans while monitoring patient responses and administering medications as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Nursing, CFA, CNOR or Certified RN First Assistant.
• Experience in perioperative or surgical settings is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration with surgeons and perioperative team.
