The position supports comprehensive pain management, patient education, and performance improvement activities while maintaining strong communication with patients and families.

Formación

• Education: Associate's degree in nursing.
• Experience: None; nursing experience preferred.
• Credentials: AHA BLS, Registered Nurse (NJ).

Responsabilidades

• Delivers quality care to patients through nursing process and teamwork.
• Assures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Assists with pain management and discharge planning.
• Maintains effective handoffs and patient education.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and committee work.
